Café Church

Café Church began as an initiative with two aims, one being to encourage parents and their children to enjoy lively worship together on a regular basis, the other to provide a Sunday morning learning and teaching experience for adults which was more interactive than a sermon from the pulpit could allow

Therefore, about once a month (when there is no other “All-age worship” event), Café Church meets at the same time as our Junior Church groups, but with timetabling to allow a time for adults and children and young people to worship together. As the name suggests, we meet as if in a café, with tea and coffee being served around tables, and conversation is encouraged as well as more organised discussion!
