About Us

Crown Church is a broad and diverse group of people who gather together regularly to worship God and to explore what it means to be followers of Jesus in our 21st century world.

Currently our weekly worship service is at 9:30 and 11am on Sunday mornings. 

Our premises are used during school term time by a Breakfast Club which meets in our hall upstairs. For more information about the breakfast club, click here. The same space is used by the "Corner Club" which meets in the afternoons after school. For more information about the Corner Club, click here.

In addition, we run a Parent and Toddler group for children up to age 3 on Wednesdays and Thursday mornings between 10:30 and 12. There is no need to book and no charge. Just come along!

We also hold SNAC (Saturday Night at Crown) evenings once a month. This is targeted at children and families but everyone is welcome. Again, no need to book, just come along! 

The church is now a busy place 7 days a week. Check out the "This Week" section of this website in the "Church Life" section of the website to find out what is going on during the week. This section also contains some details about the groups using the church premises. These groups, in their own way, all provide opportunities for friendship, encouragement and mutual support.

The church also hosts the "Olive Grove" café which is run by a group of churches on the hill. It operates on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 10:30 a.m. until 3 p.m. and is a lovely space which serves teas/coffees snacks and home baking at very reasonable cost. A great place to meet and socialise. It is easily accessed (and is wheelchair accessible) by simply walking up the path beside the church garden adjacent to Kingsmills Road.
